RETURNS & REFUNDS — SLOTHY SLEEVES

ALL SALES FINAL ON SEALED PRODUCT AND OPENED PACKS
Due to the nature of trading card games, all sales of sealed packs, booster boxes, and any product that has been opened are final. We cannot accept returns on opened sealed product.

GRADED CARDS (PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC)
All graded card sales are final. Graded cards are accurately described with slab population, grade, and cert number. If you have questions about a specific card before purchasing, contact us.

RAW SINGLES
Raw singles may be returned within 7 days of delivery if the card arrives in materially different condition than described (e.g., damage not disclosed in the listing). Card must be returned in the same condition it was shipped. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the error was ours.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s). We will work with you on a resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Include your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days.

GAME FORMAT PURCHASES (Pack Wars, Mystery Slab, etc.)
All interactive game format purchases are non-refundable once the event has started. If an event is cancelled by Slothy Sleeves, participants will receive a full refund or store credit.

REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
